Job Summary:
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented individuals to join our warehouse team. This role involves assembling boxes and preparing packaging materials in a cold storage environment. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in lower temperatures, able to perform repetitive tasks efficiently, and committed to maintaining a safe and clean workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble boxes and packaging materials according to company standards.

• Ensure boxes are properly built to withstand storage and shipping.

• Maintain an organized work area and follow safety guidelines.

• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed (stacking, labeling, organizing).

• Work efficiently to meet daily production goals.

• Follow all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work in a cold warehouse environment for extended periods.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Ability to perform repetitive tasks and stand for long periods.

• Dependable, punctual, and able to follow instructions.

• Previous warehouse or assembly experience is a plus but not required.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 30–50 lbs as needed.

• Ability to stand, bend, and reach throughout the shift.

• Comfortable working in temperatures typically ranging from 34–45°F.
