Administrative Office Coordinator
JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team! You will perform administrative functions in order to drive company success.
Responsibilities:
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents
- Plan and schedule appointments and events
- Self-Motivated Willing & Able to Multi-Task to Completion Without Supervision
- Microsoft Office 365 Expertise (Excel, Word, OneDrive, etc)
- QuickBooks Online Expertise…. Payables, Receivables, Payroll
- Perform all other office tasks
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Professional Building Industry / Products Experience
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Available to Start Immediately
- Reliable Transportation
