Administrative Office Coordinator

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team! You will perform administrative functions in order to drive company success.

Responsibilities:

  • Draft correspondences and other formal documents
  • Plan and schedule appointments and events
  • Self-Motivated Willing & Able to Multi-Task to Completion Without Supervision
  • Microsoft Office 365 Expertise (Excel, Word, OneDrive, etc)
  • QuickBooks Online Expertise…. Payables, Receivables, Payroll
  • Perform all other office tasks

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in Professional Building Industry / Products Experience
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • ​Strong organizational skills
  • Available to Start Immediately
  • Reliable Transportation
